ha, so that's where all the flashes were coming from. thank God for you and your pictures, because i was too into what they were saying to take any... i got like one when i finally thought to take them, and it was not that great. awesome!

I went to the screening too. It was great hearing Jon, Peter and Faizon talk about their experiences on the film in person. Interesting to hear Jon talk about his impression seeing the film a few years later and how he's changed and grown as a director/writer since then. The discussion seemed to go by so quickly. It was also a real treat to see Made & Swingers on the big screen again.

Actually, Stace, I was trying to take advantage of other people's flashes...there were many others, thank goodness. :) I guess the journalist in me is pretty good at taking photos while I'm listening to what's going on around me. Clicking the shutter is second nature for me; I don't even think about it.

I'm so glad I had the chance to attend this..and yeah, seeing those movies up on the big screen was awesome. You always catch new things that you missed the first time (and 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th times, in my case. I don't even know how many times I've watched Swingers!) But I still saw things I hadn't noticed before. Plus, seeing the movies together was fun because it was easier to catch all of the related bits.

hey, that's fine! i'm just glad you took them and shared them. i wish i would have thought about it. i own both movies but never saw either on the big screen, so this was great. and i second catching things you missed before. plus it's much funnier when everyone around you is laughing... especially when they laugh before stuff happens because we all know what's coming.
