This was one of the worst storms I have ever been thur. The winds here in Alabama where so strong alot of my relatives still today are without power. But to see what the poor people of Lousianna and Mississippi are going thur I am very thankful I still have a roof over my head. Everyone please pray for our fellow Americans that they are able to make it thur these times of need.

you may have noticed - Wild West shows have been cancelled in New Orleans and Baton Rouge.
I thought they might do a benefit concert in the area. That could possibly be true

i cant even imagine the thoughts and worries going through the people who lived through the disaster. all my thoughts are with them. btw:: i love the topbar w/ vince & the fish bowl :)

My name is Ashley Alford and I am a student at the Fashion Institute of Technology (and I think Vince Vaughn is just great!) and I was greatly affected by hurricane Katrina. My family lives is in Mandeville, Louisiana and my mother lost her home and job.I was in new york when this event happened. I don't know how I am going to pay for my college tuition now. I was wondering if anyone out there knows of any grants or scholarships I can apply for. It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Ashley
