Greeted by a humongous billboard that read "Surprise, Christine!" C.T. was totally stunned by the hullabaloo, which included an open bar, all-night buffet and a smashing cake. Ms. T.'s shindig was ambushed by a school of A-listers, including the sweet and still happily married...David Arquette and Courteney Cox, stunner Craig Bierko, savvy Diane Keaton, crafty Jack Black, muscled Jeremy Piven, permanent partyers Luke and Owen Wilson, foxy Neve Campbell and Rebecca De Mornay, feisty Vince Vaughn and Ellen DeGeneres, expressionless Meg Ryan and the Jen Garner-less Michael Vartan.
